Private Rentals at Cafe de Paris

At Café de Paris, we’re more than a café — we’re a cozy, French-inspired space where people come to relax, connect, celebrate, and create moments together. Now, you can enjoy the warmth and charm of our café privately for your next special event.

Whether you're hosting a small celebration, meeting, workshop, bridal shower, or intimate gathering, Café de Paris provides the perfect atmosphere for up to 33 guests.

Celebrate your special occasion at Café de Paris! Our café is available for private events including baby showers, bridal showers, birthday celebrations, meetings, small receptions, and other gatherings.

Because Café de Paris is an operating café during the day, private-event pricing varies based on the time of your event and whether the café must close to the public.

$800 per hour
3-hour minimum

Afternoon Private Buyout | 12:00 PM–5:00 PM
$500 per hour
3-hour minimum

After-Hours Private Rental | 6:00 PM–9:00 PM
$200 per hour
3-hour minimum

Events that extend across more than one rental period will be charged according to the applicable rate for each portion of the reservation.

All rentals are subject to availability.

Your rental provides private use of the Café de Paris indoor space for the duration of your confirmed reservation.

A Café de Paris staff member will remain on-site throughout all private events.

Tables and chairs currently available within the café are included with your rental and may be rearranged for your event with prior approval. All furniture must remain inside the café unless otherwise approved.

Your reserved rental period includes all setup, decorating, event time, cleanup, and removal of personal belongings.

For example, if your reservation is from 12:00 PM–3:00 PM, access to the café for setup begins at 12:00 PM and the café must be completely cleared of your event, decorations, outside food, and personal belongings by 3:00 PM.

Please reserve enough time for both setup and cleanup when selecting your rental period.

Rental fees are based on your confirmed reservation period, not the amount of time ultimately used.

If your event begins late, concludes early, or you are able to finish cleanup sooner than anticipated, the unused portion of your reserved time is non-refundable. The café remains available for your use for the entirety of the time you have reserved.

Additional rental time may be requested and is subject to availability.

Extensions are charged according to the applicable hourly rental rate for the time being added and must be approved by Café de Paris.

Payment for additional time is required before the extension begins.

Once additional rental time has been requested, confirmed, and purchased, it becomes part of your reservation and is non-refundable, regardless of whether the additional time is ultimately used in full.

We strongly encourage guests to account for cleanup and removal of decorations when determining how much rental time to reserve.

Outside food is welcome with advance notice and approval.

When booking your event, please let us know whether you intend to bring outside food and approximately what you plan to provide. This allows us to appropriately prepare and staff the café for your event.

Please specifically let us know if you intend to provide a full meal, catering, food trays, or other substantial food for your guests rather than only a cake, desserts, or light refreshments.

Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted.

Café de Paris food and beverage service may be available during your private event upon request.

If you would like our coffee bar, kitchen, or both available for your guests, this must be arranged in advance so we can schedule the appropriate staff and prepare accordingly.

Food and beverages purchased from Café de Paris are separate from the rental fee and are charged at regular menu pricing.

Groups may arrange to have purchases placed on one event tab or allow guests to purchase items individually.

Any applicable discounts or special arrangements must be discussed prior to the event.

You are welcome to decorate the café and make the space your own for your celebration!

All decorating, setup, and removal of decorations must take place within your confirmed rental period.

Decorations may not damage walls, windows, furniture, fixtures, equipment, or other café property.

Please contact us in advance regarding large decorations, backdrops, arches, installations, or other items that may require special setup.

Open flames are not permitted inside Café de Paris. This includes decorative candles, taper candles, tea lights, and similar items. Battery-operated and flameless candles are welcome.

Confetti, glitter, and other difficult-to-remove decorative materials are not permitted.

Guests are responsible for removing all decorations, outside food, personal belongings, and any other items brought into the café before the end of the confirmed rental period.

Normal post-event cleaning is included with your rental.

Excessive cleaning, damage to the café or its contents, or items left behind may result in additional charges.

A 50% payment is required to secure your event date and time.

The remaining 50% of the rental balance is due no later than two weeks prior to the event.

Reservations made within two weeks of the requested event date must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Your event date and time are not considered reserved until the required payment has been received.

Checks are accepted. Please contact us if you need to arrange another payment method.

All payments made toward a private-event reservation are non-refundable.

This includes:

• Initial reservation payments
• Remaining rental balances
• Additional reserved rental time
• Rental extensions
• Unused portions of a confirmed reservation

Private events require advance planning, scheduling, staffing, preparation, and business accommodations on the café's behalf. During business hours, private events also require Café de Paris to make the space unavailable to our regular customers for the confirmed rental period.

For these reasons, once rental time has been confirmed and payment has been made, all rental payments are final.

All confirmed reservations and rental payments are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Requests to change the date or time of a confirmed reservation are subject to availability and must be approved by Café de Paris. We will always do our best to accommodate reasonable changes when possible, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

Any additional balance resulting from an approved change must be paid before the additional time or services are provided.

Rental charges are based on the time reserved, not actual time used.

If you arrive later than your scheduled start time, conclude your event earlier than expected, finish cleanup early, or otherwise choose not to use the entirety of your confirmed rental period, the unused time is not eligible for a refund or credit.

Private events are not available on major holidays when Café de Paris is closed.

Availability surrounding holidays may also be limited, so we recommend contacting us as early as possible if you are planning an event during a holiday week.

Children must remain supervised by an adult at all times.

Guests are expected to treat Café de Paris, our employees, furniture, equipment, and surrounding property respectfully.

Café de Paris reserves the right to end an event in the event of unsafe behavior, property damage, prohibited activity, or conduct that creates a risk to guests, employees, or café property.
